An answer to the question "Where do you come from?”, the question that drives me to constant confusion, a simple question that aims to acknowledge the origin and identity. As a Palestinian refugee, I develop my identity on the aftermath, as well as my answer developed depending on the time and the place. There is no simple answer to the question where I’m from, the explanation has to include a whole story of colonialism, wars, oppression and alienation from a land to another, I found the answer in a poem by Sargon Boulus with the same title.
